Application Process
All vendors—returning and new—must submit the online application form.

Returning Vendors
Participation is not guaranteed. NCA reserves the right to make all final vendor decisions, and some 2024 vendors may not be invited in 2025.

Review & Selection
Applications will be reviewed after September 19. Celebrate Newton is a juried fair, selecting high-quality handmade arts and crafts across a variety of categories (jewelry, pottery, clothing, artwork, paper goods, accessories, etc.) to ensure a balanced mix. Food products are generally not permitted. We do not offer exclusivity in any category and may limit the number of vendors per type.

Waitlist
Once full, a waitlist will be created. Vendors will be contacted if space opens; historically, a few vendors are accepted from the waitlist each year.


Booth & Day-of-Fair Details

  • Set-Up: Saturday, Dec. 6, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM; Sunday, Dec. 7, 8:00–10:00 AM (fair opens at 10:00 AM).

  • Booth Size: ~10’ x 8’; limited perimeter spots with electricity available for an additional fee.

  • Assignments: Booth numbers will be emailed ~2 weeks before the fair.

  • Arrival: Enter via Newton South High School’s main entrance; check in at the cafeteria for your floor plan and Wi-Fi password (FigNewton13).

  • Equipment: Vendors provide all booth materials except chairs and any rented tables (8′ x 30″ size available for an extra fee).

  • Display: Table coverings must reach the floor; overstock must be hidden.

  • Rules:

    • Stay for the full fair (10:00 AM–3:00 PM).

    • Responsible for own sales tax.

    • Only display items listed in your application.

  • Breakdown: Complete by 5:00 PM sharp on Sunday, Dec. 7.
